These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mavrix-build-co.pages.dev (the “Site”), operated by Mavrix Build Co. LLC (“Mavrix,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site provides general information about our construction services, published price ranges and general construction guidance. Content on the Site is not a substitute for a written contract, a professional site evaluation, engineering advice or legal advice. Price ranges published on the Site are estimates for planning purposes in the Kansas City market and are not offers to perform work at those prices.

2. No contract formed by website use

Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a contract between you and Mavrix Build Co. A binding agreement exists only when both parties have signed a written contract describing the scope, price and terms of a specific project.

3. Estimates and published ranges

• Published ranges reflect typical projects in the Kansas City metro and will change over time
• Actual project cost depends on scope, site conditions, material selections, permitting requirements and timing
• Written proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal, typically 30 days
• Allowances in a proposal represent a budget for a specified item, not a guaranteed final cost for that item

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, the Mavrix name and the Mavrix logo, is owned by or licensed to Mavrix Build Co. LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

5. Photography and project images

Project photographs on the Site are used to illustrate the type and quality of work we perform. Not every image depicts a Mavrix project. Stock photography is used for illustrative purposes where noted. Do not rely on any single image as a representation of a specific completed project, material specification or finish level.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
• Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the Site
• Scrape, harvest or republish Site content in bulk

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including mapping providers and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavrix Build Co. LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to venue there.

11. Construction contracts

Construction services we perform are governed by the separate written contract signed for each project, not by these Terms. Where a signed construction contract conflicts with these Terms, the construction contract controls for that project. Dispute resolution, warranty, change order and payment terms for construction work are set out in the signed contract.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
