About The Role

Site Superintendent at Mavrix Build Co.

Superintendents are the people who decide whether a project actually goes well. You will be on site every day, running trades, holding the schedule, and being the person our clients trust to tell them the truth about where things stand.

What you will do

  • Supervise all trades on site and enforce quality and safety standards
  • Run daily pre-task planning and document safety compliance
  • Maintain the project schedule and report deviations immediately
  • Verify work against drawings and specifications before it is covered up
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain the inspection log
  • Manage material deliveries, staging and site security
  • Conduct weekly owner walkthroughs with the project manager

What we require

  • Five or more years of construction supervision experience
  • OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire
  • Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial construction sequencing
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications across all trades
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to have

  • Experience with both residential and commercial projects
  • Stormwater inspection certification
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
